How to Retrieve orders via Web Storeboard

• Login to storeboard.vizury.com using the credentials received in your email address.
• Click on 'Retrieve Order' on the left-hand side menu (See Image)
• Orders can be searched either by order number or customer mobile number
• Enter the Order ID/Mobile Number provided by the customer to pull up the reservation
