Blocking Multiple Reservations of the Same Product at an Outlet
We have seen customers trying to create multiple reservations of a single product at the same outlet in their eagerness to purchase an item. As this is a cause of inconvenience to the brand and blocks potential sales, our portal allows the brand to prevent a customer from making duplicate reservations within a specific time period.
Please read the following instructions to learn how to set this limit:
- Please login to the Shoffr Retail Portal with Retail Administrator credentials OR an Account Owner login
- Access the Feedbus (See How to Access your Feebus)
- Navigate to the blue-coloured Feedbus Menu that can be found on the left-hand side of the portal
- Select the Outlet tab where a full list of outlets is displayed
- Select the View option under a specific outlet. This displays all settings relating to a particular outlet.In this image, the View option is highlighted in red-
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Order Cut Off field
- Within the time limit specified in this field, a customer cannot place multiple orders for the same product using the same Name/ Mobile number.
- This time limit can be edited as per brand guidelines
- Click on the Update button at the bottom of the page to save your settings
