How to Track Customer Footfall at Store

  • Open the Shoffr StoreBoard App. 
  • On the homepage of the app, the Store Staff can Track the footfall by using one of Three methods   

Scanning the customer's QR Code:

When the customer presents the confirmation SMS, please open the enclosed link to see their QR code 

OR By entering the Customer's "Arrival Code" in the highlighted field:

When the customer presents the confirmation SMS, please find the arrival code sent by the Brand to help retrieve order

OR By entering Customer’s mobile number:  

This is a Two-step process. First, staff must toggle the highlighted button in the Home Screen to Enable 'Retrieve by Phone Number Mode'.  Then, a Customer's mobile number should be entered into the highlighted field in this format- "Country Code + Mobile Number" (See image) and click on 'Done

  • Once the footfall is tracked

All orders (Open, Confirmed, Cancelled and/or Closed) linked to the customer are displayed on the 'Orders' Page as seen below. Staff can then proceed to manage the customer's orders
