How to update SMS/WhatsApp message templates?

The Shoffr platform allows you complete control over your WhatsApp and SMS content.

Create custom templates to suit your business containing order, arrival code and weblink for your customers

To edit a template, click on "SMS Templates" on the Admin portal > Select SMS or WhatsApp as required.
