How to modify Email notifications?

Shoffr allows complete access to modifications of email notifications right from the admin portal. Add or update templates to suit your business!

On the Admin Portal > Click on "Email Notification" to start modifying the templates.

Email Notifications formats:

  • New Order
  • Order Confirmation
  • Order Closed
  • Order Cancellation
  • Order Auto Cancellation
  • Order Reminder
